Fabulous Food Friday

These cookies are a favorite this time of year. This recipe makes 6 dozen, so there will be pleanty to share with friends and family. Hope you like them as much as we do.

Pumpkin Cookies

2 cups butter
2 cups sugar
2 cups pumpkin
2 eggs
2 t vanilla
4 cups flour
2 t baking soda
2 t baking powder
2 t cinnamon
1 t salt
1 cup chocolate chips

Combine first 5 ingredients and mix until blended. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Add chocolate chips. Bake on a greased cookie sheet at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes. (usually 12 minutes is about right). Makes 6 dozen.

They turned out great thank you! I made them for McKenna's princess party and called them Cinderella's pumpkin cookies.
