A playdate for Zander

Zander is such a great kid. He will play along with any of Natalie's friends. Fortunately, a couple of her friends have little brothers just a bit younger than Zander. They always have a great time together, but he has never really had a play date all by himself, without his sister and her friends...until last Wednesday.

Zander kept asking (for weeks) when he could have his friend Hayden over to play. I kind of brushed him off, but then I finally got the message loud and clear when he made an invitation to invite Hayden over. He wanted me to put it in Hayden's mailbox so he could come over...Well of course, I jumped up and called Hayden's mom and set a time to play.

They played in the playroom and outside.

Zander had a great time and gave Hayden lots of drawings he made...and a big good-bye hug!
