Sadly, last night my parents had to put Reggie to sleep. Although I was mostly out of the house by the time Reggie grew up, I still have many fond memories of him. Reggie was always such a good dog (except when he ate my lipstick) and he was very good with the kids, even when they were young. The kids loved Reggie and I don't look forward to telling them about why he isn't at Grandma and Grandpa's house anymore. Here are some photos of Reggie and the kids from a camping trip to the Oregon coast back in 2004.

Good-bye Reggie

that's sad alyssa. :-( My very good friend had to put one of her golden ret. down this week as well. Alvin. :-( Her other doggie, Dottie wanders around looking for him. sad.
My thought are with you as you explain this to your kiddos.
Can't believe you guys are leaving for dland in only a few days!!!!!
